CJ Schwan's seeks a full-time production operator for the 2nd shift (5p–5a) in Oklahoma. Starting pay is $18.75 per hour with a shift differential from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

You will set up and pre-run equipment, control line speeds and batch formulas, perform quality checks, and complete required paperwork (downtime, HACCP) using SAP and SOPs. We offer weekly Friday pay, PTO, holidays, personal days, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, an immediately vesting 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Stand/walk on concrete floors for long periods in a production environment.
• Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and alternative shifts.

Responsabilités

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Control line speeds, batch formulas, production rates, and equipment operation while ensuring product quality and safety.
• Complete quality checks and required paperwork (downtime, HACCP) using SAP and SOPs.
