CJ Schwan's in Kentucky is hiring a full-time production associate in Florence to support the food manufacturing line. Starting pay is $21.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m.

to 6 a.m., and opportunities for advancement within the company’s popular pizza and dessert brands. You will set up equipment, monitor line speeds and batch formulas, perform quality checks, and complete required paperwork per HACCP and SAP SOPs, while maintaining safety and product quality.

Formación

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform quality checks and documentation.
• Willingness to work 6 p.m.–6 a.m. shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and pre-run equipment to start production.
• Control line speeds and batch production rates; manage equipment operation.
• Record downtime, quality checks, and HACCP data; follow SAP SOPs.
• Maintain safety and product quality throughout the shift.
