Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring for a full-time manufacturing associate in a food production environment. Starting pay is $21.50 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

You will set up and pre-run equipment, monitor line speeds, perform quality checks, and complete required downtime/HACCP paperwork using SAP SOPs. We offer weekly Friday pay, up to two weeks PTO in year one, 7 holidays, 2 personal days, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold or hot temperatures.
• Overtime or weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production start-up.
• Control line speeds and production rates; start/stop equipment.
• Perform quality checks and ensure product safety and quality.
• Complete required paperwork (downtime, HACCP) per SOPs.
