Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring for a 3rd shift production role in a food manufacturing environment. Pay starts at $19.75 per hour, with a $1.50 shift differential for hours 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Shift is 10 p.m. to 8:30 a.m., and the job is full-time with advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand on concrete.
• Able to work in cold and/or hot temperatures, with overtime/weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production start-up.
• Control line speeds and batch production rates; start/stop equipment; ensure product quality and safety.
• Perform quality checks throughout shift.
• Complete required paperwork (downtime, HACCP) using SAP SOPs.
