Base pay range

$21.46/hr - $25.50/hr

NOW HIRING: Millerbernd Manufacturing is looking for a Machine Operator 1 to join our weekend shift Pre-Assembly team within the Transportation & Infrastructure (Pole) business unit. This individual will primarily operate the Kinetic Plasma Table. The Machine Operator 1 is responsible for setting up, operating, loading, and unloading various machines/equipment to manufacture metal products in accordance with product specifications.

Job Details

• Location: Winsted, MN
• Salary Range: $21.46 - 25.50 per hour
• Shift Schedule: Weekend shift Friday - Sunday 5am - 5pm
• Shift Differential: Weekend shift - $2.50/hour

As a Machine Operator 1, You Will

• Proficiently operate at least one machine in the assigned area
• Cross train on other machines in the assigned area
• Set up machines to start production
• Load and feed metal stock and other materials into machines
• Monitor gauges to ensure quality work
• Verify parts are consistent with blueprints
• Label all parts for routing
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Escalate equipment or quality issues
• Monitor production board and internal paperwork
• Enter job data in tracking system
• Maintain quality standards
• Handle materials as required
