Machine Operator Pay: $24.20/hour + Profit Sharing

Machine Operator Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5am to 5:30 pm (Brooklyn Park, MN)

Machine Operator Job Overview: This position will operate and maintain the Turret Machine, perform quality checks and monitor parts supplied to production to ensure continuous workflow. Will also perform preventive maintenance on the machine. Works with team members to maximize productivity through principles of lean manufacturing.

Machine Operator Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year turret experience, including set up
• Capable of reading blueprints and strong math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Machine Operator Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Turret Machine and maintain maximum productivity
• Supply production with parts to ensure continuous work flow
• Cross train on various machines to fill in when needed
• Maintain working knowledge of all programs and tooling
• Setup turret machine and change tooling
