Core Duties

• Configure and run diverse machinery in alignment with project requirements.
• Oversee equipment performance to help the team achieve optimal quality and output.
• Conduct standard equipment upkeep and resolve technical malfunctions.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all safety procedures.
• Work alongside colleagues to ensure production targets are successfully reached.
• Record production metrics and notify management of any operational discrepancies.
• Support the onboarding of new staff members by providing hands-on training.

Required Skills and Experience

• Completion of high school or a GED; specialized technical education is advantageous.
• Prior background working in manufacturing or operating industrial machinery.
• Solid mechanical understanding and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Proficiency in analyzing and understanding technical schematics and blueprints.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy to ensure the team consistently produces quality work.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration within the group.
