Job summary

Adecco is hiring for Machine Operators in Rochester, NH. This temp-to-hire role offers overtime, incentives, and excellent benefits upon hire. Pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on shift and experience.

Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, Monday–Friday with varying start times. Responsibilities include operating injection molding equipment, inspecting parts, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Adecco is hiring for Machine Operators in the Rochester, NH area! We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join a growing manufacturing team. These are temp-to-hire opportunities offering overtime, incentives, and excellent benefits upon hire.

Pay: $20/HR - $25/HR+ based on shift and experience

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding and production equipment
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make basic adjustments
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
