Position: Machine Operator / Production Operators

Location: Shawano, WI

Shifts:

1. 1st shift: 4:45 am - 5:00 pm
2. 2nd shift: 4:45 pm - 5:00 am

Compensation: $18-19/hr, 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule

Responsibilities:

• Package finished goods, monitor product quality, and record production data for 12-hour shifts.
• Follow instructions from customer order sheets and special packaging specifications.
• Record numbers, weights, and finished product results using computer systems.
• Palletize finished products and perform quality checks, including reading and writing reports in English.
• Set up extrusion lines and operate large manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products.
• Follow safety procedures and policies, meet productivity goals, and monitor quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, pack and label products.
• Work collaboratively with team members and assist other operators as needed.
