Machine Operator - Paper Converting

Our client in Green Bay is seeking experienced machine operators to join their team in distributing industrial, safety, and janitorial supplies and solutions.

Position Details

• Location: Green Bay, WI
• Employment Term: Regular, Temp-to-Hire
• Type: Full-Time
• Work Hours: Days (6:00am-6:00pm), Nights (6:00pm-6:00am), 2-2-3 schedule (not rotating), flexible options available including 8, 10, 12-hour shifts

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $18/hour, based on experience
• Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 3 years of machine operation experience
• Mechanically inclined and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust machinery such as rewinding, folding, slitting, banding, blowing, wrapping, packing, and stacking
• Ensure machinery efficiency and perform quality checks
• Package products according to specifications
• Perform cleaning duties as needed
• Collaborate effectively with team members
