Job summary

Volt is seeking a Machine Operator for a 9+ months contract in Parsons, Kansas. The role is fully onsite with a 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) after initial 1st shift training. Pay ranges from $15.00/hr to $16.60/hr, with final offer based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities include operating machines safely, maintaining equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role.
• Experience in a regulated environment (manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food processing).
• Knowledge of machine operations, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.

Duration: 9+ months Contract

Shift: 2nd Shift; M-F; 3pm - 11pm (Will train on 1st Shift before moving to 2nd)

Pay Range: $15.00/hr. - $16.60/hr.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Key Responsibilities
