Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a dependable and detail-oriented Machinist in Erie PA. This role is responsible for operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality products in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities for this Machinist job include:

• Set up and operate various machinery
• Load materials and verify correct program selection
• Monitor machine performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments
• Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, thread and pin gages to verify part dimensions.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performances are maintained.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and production files
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• 1+ year CNC machine operation experience preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
