Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator in Walpole, MA for a 1st shift position. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers hands-on setup and operation of CNC Lathe and CNC Mill machines with a focus on quality and process adherence.

You will load/unload parts, inspect finished components with appropriate tools, and follow blueprints and production instructions in a clean, safe environment. Reliable attendance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC machinery.
• Experience operating CNC Lathe and/or CNC Mill machines.
• Ability to work independently and follow manufacturing instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work a consistent 1st shift schedule.
• Reliable attendance and transportation to Walpole, MA.

Adecco is currently assisting a local manufacturing client in Walpole, MA! We are seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators on 1st shift. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Pay Range: $20 - $35 per hour depending on experience

Location: Walpole, MA

Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday

Responsibilities Include:

• Set up and operate CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment

• Operate CNC Lathe and/or CNC Mill machines

• Load and unload parts and materials

• Monitor machines during production to ensure quality and accuracy

• Perform basic inspections of finished parts using appropriate measuring tools

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $35.00 per hour
