Job summary

Adecco is hiring CNC Machinists for a leading precision machining company in Billerica, MA. This temp-to-hire role offers daytime shifts and competitive pay. On-site work with opportunities for overtime and professional growth.

You will load/unload CNC machines, read blueprints, perform basic troubleshooting and maintain strict quality and safety standards. Prior CNC experience preferred; we train motivated candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years CNC machining experience preferred (will train motivated candidates).
• Familiarity with machining concepts and basic CNC operations.
• Proficient with precision inspection tools (verniers, micrometers, indicators, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload CNC machines for daily production runs.
• Inspect finished parts and perform basic troubleshooting when needed.

Job description

Adecco is hiring CNC Machinists for a leading precision machining company located in Billerica, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic manufacturing facility on a temp-to-hire basis.

Shift: 6:00AM-4:30PM or 2:30PM-1:00AM, Monday-Thursday with OT on Fridays

Pay: $28 – $34 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload CNC machines for daily production runs
• Inspect finished parts and perform basic troubleshooting when needed
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the production process
