Job summary

Adecco is looking for a CNC Machinist/Operator in Sharon, PA, to set up and run CNC mills and/or lathes, read blueprints, and ensure quality parts. You will load materials, inspect outputs, and keep equipment running safely in a hands‑on shop environment.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of CNC experience, reads blueprints, and can work independently while contributing to the team. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of CNC machining or machine operation experience.
• Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Basic understanding of machining and mechanical processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
• Run CNC programs and make necessary machine adjustments.
• Monitor equipment and production throughout the machining process.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate larger concerns.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow established safety and quality procedures.

We’re looking for a CNC Machinist / Operator to join a hands‑on manufacturing team in Sharon, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on the shop floor, operating CNC equipment, and taking pride in producing accurate, high‑quality parts.

You’ll work with CNC mills and/or lathes, perform setups and adjustments, read blueprints, inspect finished parts, and help keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Welding experience or certifications
