As a Machine Operator, you'll operate and monitor state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring quality and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Utilize computer systems for data entry and reporting.
• Support and lead production associates.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow strict safety protocols.

We're Looking For:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Previous machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Reliable attendance.

Shift Details:

• 12-hour rotating day shifts (7AM-7PM).
• 12-hour rotating night shifts (7PM-7AM).
• Rotating schedule, including every other weekend or rotating day off.
