What you'll do?

Use a hammer and/or saw to correct quality issues in the assembly of pallets. Lift pallets to examine them, remove defective boards, and correct nail-related issues. Understand pallet specifications and modifications necessary for customers. Responsible for troubleshooting jams and basic maintenance of the quality control station.

Hours:

Monday - Thursday

4:00 pm - 2:30 am

Overtime as needed.

Duties Include:

• Willing to work in a fast-paced/high-volume environment
• Attention to detail & commitment to quality
• Inspect pallets visually for defects including, but not limited to, broken boards and blocks, missing components, nail defects, debris, and contamination. Correct defects that do not meet specification criteria.
• Remove damaged boards with pry bar/hammer.
• Clean area during and at the end of shift.
• May be required to work frequent overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.
• Perform other duties as required.
