Job description

Join the Machine Operator role at WestRock Company in Cedar Rapids, IA. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $20.01/hr, with increases after 90 days, and includes various incentives such as shift differentials, weekly pay, health insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and more.

Primary Duties: Safely operate manufacturing equipment, conduct quality checks, set up materials and machines, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to safety regulations. Candidates should be able to read a tape measure, perform basic math, and lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime, weekend work, and shift flexibility are required. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
