Seda North America is seeking a Machine Operator on 2nd shift to join our team! The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, demonstrates a positive attitude, and is ready to support their team.

Pay starts at $20+ per hour, plus a shift premium of +$1.00/hr. Hours are Monday through Friday, 3pm-11pm. No mandatory overtime!

Seda North America is an air-conditioned, exceptionally clean facility that designs and produces innovative paper packaging solutions, including insulated coffee cups and food industry containers. You will operate high-speed production equipment to manufacture cups and containers, meeting customer standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.

Specific Duties

• Keep machines supplied with materials (paper, labels, boxes, etc.)
• Perform quality checks every 30 minutes
• Use pushcarts or pallet jacks as needed
• Record and maintain production data
• Report manufacturing issues as they occur

Qualifications and Physical Demands

• Prior machine operating and/or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification is a plus
• Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs unassisted and stand/walk for an 8-hour shift
