Company Overview:

MC Assembly is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician. This role involves maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform all preventive maintenance per manufacturer’s specifications
• Repair equipment promptly to minimize production impact
• Install and service machinery including motors, conveyor systems, and transmission systems
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns
• Adjust and fabricate mechanical parts as needed
• Conduct safety checks and maintain a clean work environment
• Report maintenance activities and issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience related to EMS equipment

Physical/Mental Requirements

• Ability to remain stationary for periods, move throughout the facility, and work in tight spaces
• Use hand and power tools regularly
• Lift and transport tools and parts up to 50 pounds
