Description

Join a team of professionals where you'll be primarily responsible for assisting in the maintenance of TURBOCAM machinery. This position involves learning to PM, calibrate, diagnose, and repair our CNC lathes and milling machines.

We're happy to offer shift flexibility with openings on both first and second shifts! Employees on second shift will receive a 15% shift differential on top of base pay.

Come Build with Us by:

1. PM, calibrating, diagnosing, and repairing TURBOCAM's CNC lathe and milling machines, including Mikron, Haas, and Hermle.
2. Learning and performing routine maintenance for TURBOCAM machinery; learning and assisting in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems to the failing component.
3. Understanding complex controls.
4. Being a rotating member of the On-Call Team to support TURBOCAM operations after hours - with on-call pay.

Bring Your Expertise:

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, electrical and mechanical knowledge, and troubleshooting capabilities. You can understand mechanical problems and solve them effectively.
• Possession or pursuit of a technical degree in electronics, machining, or a related field. Related field experience can substitute for a degree.
• Ability to navigate small spaces, climb in and out of machinery, and have sufficient range of motion for climbing stairs and ladders, walking, standing, stooping, and crouching for extended periods.
• Ability to pass a medical evaluation for respirator use and adhere to related requirements.
• Valid driver's license, forklift certification, and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
