Job description

Join a team of professionals

You will be primarily responsible for the PM, calibration, diagnosis, and repair of our CNC lathes and milling machines. Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems to identify failing components and understanding complex controls are crucial to TURBOCAM's daily operations.

Shift Flexibility

We offer shift flexibility with openings on both first and second shifts. Employees on second shift will receive a 15% shift differential on top of the base pay.

Responsibilities:
  1. Performing PMs and calibrations on TURBOCAM machinery.
  2. Maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing TURBOCAM machinery.
  3. Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues to identify failing components.
  4. Understanding complex controls.
  5. Acting as a member of the on-call team.
  6. Performing other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Two-year technical degree in electronics, machining, or related fields; related experience accepted.
  • Ability to evaluate and repair machinery.
  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Epicor maintenance software.
  • Valid driver's license, forklift certification, ability to obtain DOT health card.
  • Ability to pass medical evaluations for respirator use.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds safely and request assistance when needed.
  • Ability to climb in and out of small spaces and crawl around machinery.
  • Range of motion sufficient for climbing stairs and ladders, walking, standing, and crouching for extended periods.
