Job summary

Pratt Industries – Tulsa is seeking a Machine Helper for 1st shift (7:00AM–3:00PM, Mon–Fri) at our Tulsa plant. The role supports safe operation of production machinery, assists with setup, operation, clean-up and troubleshooting to meet customer demand and high-quality standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on safety and continuous improvement, with opportunities for growth, benefits from day one, and a monthly incentive bonus when plant goals are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months experience in Flexo or DieCut helper preferred.
• 6 months experience in Press and Finishing Departments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and keep a clean, hazard-free work area.
• Set up slotting, feed, and die-cut sections on machines and assist operators.
• Monitor machine performance and report malfunctions; participate in maintenance work orders.
• Train and assist fellow team members; help meet production schedules proactively.
