SBT Global, Inc. seeks an IT Specialist to provide day-to-day technology support across the organization, focusing on customer service, endpoint support, asset management, procurement coordination, and Apple device administration.

The role operates in a mixed Windows/macOS environment with JAMF and IRU device management. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate technology records, assist with IT purchasing, vendor coordination, and agreement reviews while delivering reliable, user-focused

Qualifications

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.
Experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or similar customer-facing technology role.
Strong record-keeping and documentation of tickets, assets, and configurations.
Experience with IT procurement and vendor coordination.
Hands-on Mac device setup, configuration, and management with JAMF/IRU.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, printers, mobile devices, and conference-room tech.
Deliver high levels of customer service by communicating clearly, following up, documenting resolutions, and ensuring timely support.
Support onboarding/offboarding, device deployment, account setup, access coordination, and equipment recovery.
Maintain accurate IT asset records, including laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, software licenses, and accessories.
Assist with IT asset lifecycle activities such as inventory tracking, device assignment, replacements, returns, repairs, warranty coordination, and disposal prep.
Coordinate IT procurement activities: collecting requirements, quotes, purchase requests, tracking orders, reviewing vendor agreements, and renewal docs.
Configure, deploy, and support Mac devices using JAMF and IRU workflows (enrollment, profiles, app install, security, user setup).
Assist with Windows device configuration, software installation, endpoint updates, and basic security settings.
Document support procedures, asset processes, procurement steps, and technical workflows to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business units to resolve issues and complete service requests.
