Responsibilities include providing phone support, troubleshooting, remote installations, and onsite support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of extensive hands-on experience with iMac and Macbook repairs.
• Familiarity with all OSX operating systems.
• Ability to support MAC and Windows environments on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support and remote remediation for workstation issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer system problems across various technologies.
• Install new software and upgrades remotely.
• Install service packs and security updates remotely.
• Provide onsite support and installations to clients when necessary.
• Analyze and resolve end-user issues through help desk support.

Skills

Knowledge of MAC and Windows operating systems and desktop applications

Experience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Cisco Phone Systems
