Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Helpdesk or Desktop Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for end-users via phone, email, and ticketing.
• Troubleshoot issues with Windows desktops, printers, and Microsoft 365.
• Escalate issues to Level 2/3 engineers.
• Document all work in the ticketing system.
