Job summary

Collective is seeking a seasoned IT Engineer to own Mac fleet management, identity provisioning, and office network operations. You will automate onboarding/moving/leaving workflows, maintain secure infrastructure, and partner with security to close compliance gaps.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT support or IT engineering.
• Mac fleet experience and end‑to‑end management.
• Strong command-line fluency (bash/zsh) and scripting (Python).
• Experience administering Google Workspace and IdP/SSO platforms.
• Familiarity with identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM).
• Solid troubleshooting across SaaS and on‑premise environments.
• Calm under pressure with strong problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and maintenance of secure, scalable IT infrastructure (identity, endpoints, network, SaaS).
• Develop automated employee lifecycle workflows to reduce manual provisioning.
• Contribute to internal tooling with dashboards and automation (Python; AI-assisted workflows).
• Serve as escalation point for Tier 1 issues; implement permanent fixes.
