Job summary

Black Forest Labs is seeking an IT/Corporate Engineer to own and automate our endpoint lifecycle across a growing macOS fleet. You will migrate MDM, manage identity and access across SaaS tools, and build automation to remove manual work.

The role includes supporting Freiburg and SF offices and shaping infrastructure as code with secure practices. You will join a distributed team, with some in-person collaboration and remote work, while driving security-conscious, scalable IT operations across

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT / corporate engineering experience in a fast-growing startup.
• Experience managing a macOS fleet with MDM and zero-touch provisioning.
• Identity and access administration across SaaS apps with SSO/SAML and SCIM.

Responsibilities

• Own the full endpoint lifecycle for the fleet (purchasing, issuance, zero-touch setup, management, retrieval).
• Complete MDM migration across the endpoint fleet.
• Own identity and access across SaaS vendor stack with automated lifecycle (SSO, SCIM).
• Build automation and internal tooling to reduce routine manual work.
• Define IT infrastructure as code with configuration and provisioning in version control.
• Maintain security controls for workforce systems and provide fast secure access paths.
• Provide workplace IT support in Freiburg and remote support for SF office.
• Manage video conferencing equipment across offices.
• Develop tooling and reporting to show endpoint metrics and operational health.
