National Jewish Health in Denver is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to maintain and support endpoint devices enterprise-wide, with emphasis on Mac/Apple devices and Windows systems. You will help ensure reliable, secure technology for clinical, research and administrative users.

Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting endpoints; delivering user training; and coordinating with vendors to maintain performance and security standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required; bachelor degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Windows & Mac OSX, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, GPO, Windows domain operations, Anti‑Virus/Security.

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures and supports Mac/Apple devices and Windows systems.
• Troubleshoots Mac OS and endpoint issues while ensuring connectivity across networks and clinical systems.
• Provides hands-on customer support and training via the enterprise ticketing system.
• Collaborates with vendors and internal teams to maintain performance, security and compliance.
