Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong expertise in Apple iOS and macOS environments.
• Experience with executive support is preferred.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users on Apple iOS devices and macOS.
• Deliver executive support including rapid troubleshooting and meeting setup.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on Apple devices.
• Troubleshoot and assist with setup, configuration, and management of Apple and iOS devices.
• Support and administer mobile device management (MDM) solutions such as Jamf, AirWatch, and Intune.
• Maintain accurate inventory and document configurations and resolutions.
