Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Arlington is seeking a Desktop Engineer to join our Information Technology team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality desktop support for Mac workstations and mobile devices, with emphasis on Apple products and user satisfaction.

You will administer Office 365 apps, manage devices with MDM tools, and assist executives. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of Apple environment support, ACSP certification, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s in Computer or Information Sciences.
• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification required.
• 4+ years supporting Mobile devices.
• 4+ years supporting Apple user environments.
• Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) and/or Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) a plus.
• General knowledge of Azure Active Directory or On-Premises Active Directory experience.
• JAMF Certification a Plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Office 365 skills (Desktop Apps, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange).

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop IT support for Mac workstations and mobile devices.
• Support Office 365 apps, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Exchange.
• Assist with conference room AV setup and maintenance.
• Patch and deploy applications using SCCM or comparable MDM tools (InTune, JAMF).
• Support executive end users and manage desktop assets.
• Document IT processes and complete daily helpdesk tickets.
• Physically able to lift 25 lbs, climb stairs, and walk outdoors.
