Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions is seeking a skilled Mac Administrator / EUC Support Engineer to manage end-user computing environments with a focus on macOS. You will support devices, manage assets, and ensure seamless user experiences across the organization.

The role covers device provisioning, on-call support, and collaboration with IT teams to maintain performance, security, and compliance. Strong troubleshooting and user-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mac administration in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on EUC/desktop support experience.
• Familiarity with device management tools (MDM) like JAMF or Intune.
• Experience with asset and inventory lifecycles.
• Knowledge of AD/AAD and user provisioning.
• Basic networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide EUC support for macOS and related applications.
• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Mac devices (macOS, hardware, software).
• Handle desktop support activities including installation, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and device policies.
• Perform asset management including procurement, tagging, tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes (device provisioning, access setup, recovery).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system performance, security, and compliance.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call support when required.
