Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a skilled Mac Administrator / EUC Support Engineer to manage end-user computing environments with a focus on macOS. You will provide support, manage devices, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities include device provisioning, asset lifecycle management, AD/AAD user management, and collaboration with IT teams to maintain security and performance. On-call support and audits may be required.

Qualifications

• Mac administration experience in macOS environments.
• Hands-on EUC/desktop support experience.
• Familiar with JAMF, Intune or similar MDM tools.
• Experience with asset and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD and user management.
• Basic networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and user-facing support skills.

• Configure and troubleshoot Mac devices (macOS, hardware, software).
• Handle desktop support tasks including installation and upgrades.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and device policies.
• Perform asset management, tagging, tracking, lifecycle management.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure performance, security, compliance.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call support as needed.
• Participate in Audit events.

We are seeking a skilled Mac Administrator / EUC Support Engineer to manage, support, and maintain end-user computing environments with a strong focus on macOS systems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in Mac administration, desktop support, asset lifecycle management, and inventory control while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support (EUC) for macOS and related applications.
• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Mac devices (macOS, hardware, and software).
• Handle desktop support activities including installation, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and device policies.
• Perform asset management including procurement, tagging, tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes (device provisioning, access setup, recovery).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system performance, security, and compliance.
• Participate in after‑hours/on‑call support when required.
• Should participate in Audit events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Mac Administration (macOS environment).

Working Hours: 5 days/week | 9:00 AM CDT - 6:00 PM CDT (Including break)

Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 a year
