Quantum World Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced MAC Admin / EUC Engineer to deliver Level 2/3 IT support, manage Apple MacBook devices, and support our office network infrastructure in Redwood City, CA.

This contract role is onsite for a 3-day workweek with relocation supported. Responsibilities include provisioning and securing macOS devices, managing MDM solutions (Jamf Pro, Kandji, Mosyle), handling FileVault and Apple Business Manager, and troubleshooting network issues from VLANs

Formación

• 5–7 years of IT support, EUC, or systems administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with macOS and MacBook administration.
• Experience with MDM tools such as Jamf, Kandji, or Mosyle.
• Knowledge of Apple Business Manager and endpoint security.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, Layer 2 networking, and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Google Workspace.
• Basic knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, DHCP, and DNS.
• Shell scripting knowledge (Bash/Zsh) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform basic firewall administration, VPN troubleshooting, and access control.
