Job summary

CASES Manhattan MAAP is seeking an ACS Preventive Program Supervisor to lead the mentoring program for youth in Manhattan and the Bronx. This full-time role requires in‑person and in‑community work, with hybrid flexibility and reporting from 4 West 125th Street.

The position oversees staff, coordinates referrals, and supports trauma‑informed practices while collaborating with ACS, Probation, and Fair Futures. Salary is $78,000 annually.

Qualifications

• MSW required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Lived experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Supervise MAAP staff and provide weekly supervision.
• Facilitate team meetings on engagement techniques and events.
• Adhere to ACS Preventive Services policies and protocols.
• Operate databases and manage mentor contacts.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure timely processing.
• Support staff development through training and coaching.
• Collaborate with external partners and Fair Futures teams.
• Contribute to program outreach and events.
