Job summary

CASES Manhattan MAAP seeks an ACS Preventive Program Supervisor to lead the MAAP team, supervise staff, and ensure high‑quality mentoring services for youth and families. The role is full‑time, in‑person in Manhattan and the Bronx with some remote work and travel across NYC, reporting at 4 West 125th Street.

You will supervise staff, run team meetings, manage referrals, maintain Connections and PROMIS databases, and collaborate with ACS and Fair Futures to sustain services.

Qualifications

• MSW required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret data and discuss outcomes with stakeholders.
• Lived experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support MAAP staff and field teams.
• Lead team meetings and discussions on engagement techniques and challenges.
• Adhere to ACS Preventive Services policies.
• Manage Connections and PROMIS databases and case workflow.
• Receive and assign referrals within preventive timelines.
• Foster staff development through training and supervision.
• Collaborate with ACS, Probation, and Fair Futures teams.
• Ensure timely monthly metrics and reporting to ACS.
• Participate in MAAP hiring and crisis navigation.
