You will supervise staff, coordinate meetings, ensure adherence to ACS Preventive Services protocols, and manage mentoring case records in Connections and PROMIS databases.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members in the program, including weekly supervision and field work.
• Conduct team meetings and facilitate discussions on engagement techniques, shared challenges, and upcoming events.
• Adhere to policies and protocols set by ACS Preventive Services.
• Operate Connections and PROMIS databases, managing mentor contacts and opening/closing cases.
