Job summary

CASES is seeking an ACS Preventive Program Supervisor to oversee the MAAP mentoring program in Manhattan and the Bronx, with occasional citywide duties. The role requires in-person fieldwork, 35 hours per week, and hybrid flexibility to include remote work.

You will supervise staff, manage referrals, and ensure compliance with preventive services policies while collaborating with ACS, Fair Futures, and CASES teams to align services for youth and families.

Qualifications

• MSW required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support MAAP staff, including weekly supervision and field work.
• Lead team meetings on engagement techniques and program activities.
• Manage referrals, timelines, and case openings/closures in databases.
• Foster staff development through training and coaching.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal departments to ensure service continuity.
