Job summary

ExxonMobil seeks a Training Specialist – Microsoft 365 / Viva (Design & Delivery) to design and deliver scalable training that empowers employees to adopt Microsoft 365 and Viva tools in their daily work. The role requires creating engaging content and practical learning experiences for a global workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in corporate learning & development or technical training.
• Hands-on experience designing training curricula for the Microsoft 365 suite, including Core Tools and Viva modules.
• Virtual facilitation with advanced Teams features to maintain engagement.
• Content creation using PowerPoint, SharePoint publishing, and instructional asset development.
• Ability to translate technical features into daily, practical learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design M365 & Viva Training Programs: build structured 60–90 minute sessions covering Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva.
• Deliver Large-Scale Virtual Training: facilitate sessions for audiences from small groups to thousands using Teams and interactive features.
• Create Learning Assets: develop decks, quick reference guides, job aids, PDFs, and hub content.
• Integrate with Change & Communications: align training rollouts with enterprise campaigns and adoption tooling.
• Enable Business & Local Ownership: tailor scenarios for specific workflows and empower local champions.
• Measure, Iterate & Improve: track attendance, engagement, and feedback to refine content.
