Job summary

Workiy Inc. is seeking an experienced M365 Training Coordinator to deliver comprehensive Microsoft 365 training to staff and medical professionals.

The role will design and deliver instructor-led sessions primarily through Microsoft Teams covering Teams, SharePoint Online, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Forms, Visio, SharePoint Lists, Planner, and Copilot. You will develop outcomes and lesson plans, tailor content to licensing environments, deliver full-day and 1–2 hour

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint Online, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Forms, Visio).
• Experience with SharePoint Lists and Planner.
• Knowledge of Copilot integration and use cases.
• Strong Microsoft 365 training and facilitation experience.
• Ability to develop course outcomes, lesson plans, training content.
• Experience delivering virtual instructor-led training via Teams.
• Ability to deliver full-day and 1-2 hour sessions.
• Experience adapting training to licensing environments.
• In-person training at acute/community sites when required.

Responsibilities

This is a remote position. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced M365 Training Coordinator to deliver comprehensive Microsoft 365 training to staff and medical professionals. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions, primarily through Microsoft Teams, covering Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Forms, Visio, SharePoint Lists, Planner, and Microsoft Copilot. The role will involve developing course outcomes and lesson plans, adapting training content to organizational requirements and available Microsoft 365 licensing, and incorporating relevant business examples and use cases. The consultant will deliver full-day and shorter 1-2 hour training sessions, monitor and support training delivery, and provide in-person training at designated sites when required. Strong adult-learning, facilitation, communication, and instructional design skills are required, with Microsoft Office Specialist certification and a Provincial Instructor Diploma or equivalent considered assets. Experience delivering Microsoft 365 training within a large healthcare organization is preferred.
