Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional design or related field.
• 3+ years in instructional design, digital learning, or corporate training.
• Experience designing learning for Microsoft 365 adoption and digital workplace change.
• Experience with Copilot AI literacy or generative AI enablement.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging learning experiences to drive Microsoft 365 adoption.
• Create content, storyboards, and strategies; produce videos and microlearning assets.
• Collaborate with trainers, SMEs, tech teams and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and scalability.
• Develop job aids, learning pathways, and eLearning resources; update content as technology evolves.
