Job summary

Encore Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced M365 Migration Hypercare Support Specialist to provide hands-on end-user support during and after a Microsoft 365 tenant migration. This customer-facing role focuses on resolving post-migration issues and ensuring a smooth transition to the new environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong service desk background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work remotely or at an employee's desk to resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or End User Computing.
• Hands-on troubleshooting in Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID authentication and access.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems and incident escalation.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work remote and in-person support.
• Organized, responsive in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated hypercare support after migration.
• First point of contact for migration-related issues.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 access, auth, and connectivity.
• Assist users with shared drives, apps, printers post-migration.
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint issues.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ITSM system.
• Escalate complex issues to migration or infrastructure teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain professional, responsive support during transition.
