Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an IT support specialist to provide L1 deskside support during the T2T migration and assist users directly with Outlook/Exchange, MFA re-registration, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams. You will troubleshoot basic issues and ensure device readiness, coordinating with the offshore team for guidance.

Ideal candidates have basic M365 knowledge and strong communication skills to resolve VIP issues and support end users during and after migration activities, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT/helpdesk support.
• Familiarity with migration activities a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-migration and end-user support during and after migration activities (Outlook/Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Coordinate with offshore team in India for clarifications and alignment.
• Handle VIP and high-priority issues promptly.
