Job summary

TECEZE in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a candidate with basic Microsoft 365 knowledge to provide L1 deskside support during the T2T migration and assist users directly.

You'll support Outlook/Exchange, MFA re-registration, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and device readiness while coordinating with our offshore team in India to resolve issues and keep users productive.

This role emphasizes quick response to VIP issues and clear communication to ensure a smooth migration experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Basic Microsoft 365 knowledge required.
• Experience providing frontline IT support is preferable.
• Ability to troubleshoot common Office 365 issues and basic network problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-migration end user support, incl. Outlook/Exchange, MFA re-registration, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Assist users directly during migration activities and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with offshore team in India for clarifications and alignment.
• Handle VIP and high-priority issues promptly.
