Job summary

Provisions Group is seeking a Senior M365 / Cloud Engineer to join our IT Professional Services team. This is a 100% remote, full-time role working directly with clients in a consulting environment.

You will lead Google to Microsoft 365 migrations, provide ongoing client support across multiple environments, and collaborate with senior engineers on broader cloud initiatives. Strong communication and multi-tenant management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience migrating Google to Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tenants and environments simultaneously.
• Senior-level PowerShell scripting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Google to M365 migration efforts across client environments.
• Provide post-migration support to 200+ client practices.
• Work directly with clients to understand needs, communicate updates, and resolve issues.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and support requests concurrently.
• Support administration and optimization of M365 environments (Exchange, Intune, Teams, SharePoint).
• Partner with internal teams and senior engineers on broader cloud initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when needed.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and process improvements.
