Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking a skilled M365 Integration Engineer in Plano, TX to design, implement, and operationalize Microsoft 365 integration solutions across acquired organizations.

You will serve as the technical SME for M365 integration, supporting pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, post-close migration execution, and standardization across platforms while minimizing business disruption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience administering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Experience with migration and integration projects in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, tenant consolidations, or large-scale migrations preferred.
• Experience developing automation and scripting solutions using PowerShell preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Microsoft 365 integration strategies for assigned acquisitions.
• Assess acquired Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and related environments.
• Develop migration and onboarding plans aligned with enterprise standards and integration timelines.
• Identify risks, dependencies, licensing considerations, and technical constraints.
• Support Day 1 readiness planning and integration execution.
