Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking an experienced M365 Integration Engineer in Plano, TX.

The role focuses on designing, implementing, and operationalizing Microsoft 365 integration solutions for newly acquired companies, ensuring secure and standardized onboarding into enterprise platforms. The candidate will collaborate with Technology Integration Managers, Security, and Identity teams to deliver scalable outcomes while minimizing business disruption, and contribute to automation using PowerShell

Qualifications

5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience administering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
Experience with migration and integration projects in large enterprise environments.
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, tenant consolidations, or large migrations preferred.
Experience developing automation using PowerShell.

Responsibilities

Design and execute Microsoft 365 integration strategies for acquisitions.
Assess Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID environments.
Develop migration and onboarding plans aligned with enterprise standards.
