Job summary

BKF Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer - M&A Integration to lead Microsoft 365 migrations, identity integrations, and cloud-tech onboarding for acquired companies. You’ll implement runbooks, perform testing, cutover, and hypercare while coordinating with IT teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate is a technically versatile professional with Microsoft cloud experience, PowerShell skills, and the ability to work independently within BKF’s integration standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and migrating Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, identity synchronization, MFA, SSO, and conditional access.
• Experience with migration tools such as BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest, AvePoint, ShareGate, or comparable solutions.
• Experience automating Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, or Azure activities with PowerShell.
• Familiarity with security platforms such as Defender, Purview, or Sentinel.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical integration activities for acquired companies in accordance with approved architecture, migration plans, and BKF standards.
• Perform migrations into BKF's standard platforms, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive-to-Box migrations.
• Support migrations from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 tenants, and other source environments.
• Execute identity and access integration activities involving Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, conditional access, provisioning, and account lifecycle management.
• Build and improve reusable integration playbooks, standards, checklists, scripts, and automation.
