Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience administering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Experience with migration and integration projects in large enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, tenant consolidations, or large migrations preferred.
• Experience developing automation using PowerShell.

Operating within the Technical IMO integration engine, this role ensures acquired companies are onboarded into enterprise productivity, collaboration, identity, and security platforms in a secure, standardized, and repeatable manner. The M365 Integration Engineer serves as the technical subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 integration activities, supporting pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, post-close migration execution, and platform standardization.
