Job summary
Brown & Brown in Plano, TX, is seeking an M365 Integration Engineer to design, implement, and operationalize Microsoft 365 integrations across acquired organizations. You will onboard companies to enterprise productivity, collaboration, identity, and security platforms in a secure, standardized, and repeatable manner.
The role partners with Technology Integration Managers, Security Engineering, and Identity teams to deliver scalable migration outcomes, while reducing business disruption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS or related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with migration and integration projects in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 integration strategies for acquisitions.
- Assess Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID environments.
- Develop migration and onboarding plans aligned with enterprise standards.
- Execute tenant-to-tenant migrations and related workflows.
- Support Day 1 readiness planning and integration execution.
- Develop automation and runbooks using PowerShell and Graph.
